HOW TO PAY YOUR HOMEOWNER DUES:
You can pay either monthly ($60/mo) or anually. If you pay anually, you will be given a 2 month free discount, i.e. you will only pay $600/year.
There are 3 ways to pay your dues (preference is in this order):
Write a check (monthly or anually) to the San Antonio Del Mar's Administrator: Dr. Martha Alvarez (Account # 3403 66 9704) and mail the check to:
P.O.Box 7996,Chula Vista,CA 91912 OR deliver it to the Administrator's office at: 294 Morro, San Antonio Del Mar
Deliver cash directly to the Administrator's office at: 294 Morro, San Antonio Del Mar
And NOW NEW, YOU CAN PAY ELECTRONICALLY from your own checking savings/ account or with your credit card by using the safe and secure on line system of PAYPAL:
To pay using Paypal, if you already have a Pay Pal account,
For a ONE TIME PAYMENT: Click here 
to go to log in page;log in.
Then when your account comes up, press on top tab that says "SEND MONEY".
Then for the email address to send your dues, type in the amount and send it to: sanantoniobaja@yahoo.com (the San Antonio Del Mar Homeowners Association email account) Indicate (in the check box) that this payment is for "Services/Other." PLEASE also under the "Send Note" to recipient section, indicate that the money is for dues [for which month(s) or annual] and your San Antonio address and name.
OR if you wish to USE PAYPAL to pay monthly with an automatic recurring payment. Click here and follow instructions.
For either method, you will get a receipt emailed to you from Paypal.
If you do not have a Paypal account, setting up one is very easy. Go to this link for directions (CLICK HERE) It is a great way to SECURELY pay anyone (with an email address) money anywere in the world! Once you are set up with your own secure PayPal account, you will log in and follow above directions to pay your dues.
