We hope you appreciate San Antonio Del Mar as much as we do. Enjoy our parks, beach, pool, and spectacular views. If you are like us, you will realize that this is a special place. You’ve probably heard the Mexican saying: “Mi casa es su casa.” Well, we mean it! But while you are in oIR house, there are a few rules that will help you enjoy your visit and encourage us to invite you back to our house.
· Please remember that San Antonio is a residential neighborhood. Many residents get up for work in the morning or have children or elderly family members to care for. So please -- quiet and respect for our residents after 10pm! Nearby Rosarito and Tijuana have many clubs and late night activities.
· The guard gates are staffed 24 hours a day. Their phone number is 631 30 26.
· The Homeowners Association office is located at 294 Morro, TEL: 631 32 90.
· The pool in the 600 block of Cantil and all common areas are open daily until 10pm.
· Bag and seal all trash. Monday is the day we have trash pick-up. If you leave on another day, do not leave bags of trash on the street. There is a marked trash drop-off place at the east end of the main, south park, next to the little white storage house. Please deposit bagged trash there. Follow the signs.
· No fireworks! They frighten our residents and pets, and present an extreme fire hazard to our entire community.
· Our streets and cross-streets are not designed for speed. Inside our community the speed limit is 15 mph or 25 km/h. Be safe! Drive slowly!
· Please keep all dogs on a leash and pick up their “deposits.”
· Lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables in sight to tempt thieves. Be cautious!
