July 24, 2008 MEETING MINUTES OF SAN ANTONIO DEL MAR
HOMEOWNERS COMMITTEE
Members Present: Dr. Martha Alvarez, Al Rosen, Liz Walton & Herta Calvo (NO QUORUM PRESENT)
Items Discussed:
· Reviewed Newsletter. Made minor changes. Directed Martha to distribute to community.
· Discussed financial status. Martha gave an evaluation. Assured members that income is coming in steadily. However, she cautioned that difficult last quarter for finances is coming up
· Martha reported that a car had been removed from the community by a group of juveniles, but it was unclear whether the owner had filed a report or that the actions qualified as a theft.
· Martha inquired how signs for the community can be made. Al volunteered to look into options for producing signs that look professional without taking a long time to make.
· Discussed problem of dogs running loose in community. Al said he would produce signs and a handout to encourage owners to keep their dogs on leash and pick up after them.
· Discussed pile of trash that accumulates each week at the entrance to the community. Martha stated that it belongs to businesses on the west side of the south entrance. She indicated that she would try to contact the responsible parties.
