San Antonio del Mar Homeowners Committee

Dear Neighbors and Friends,
We have come to the end of our first year as your Homeowners Committee and Administrator. With your generous support we have been able to complete the year with all bills paid and our financial account positive. We terminated the Acta Civil, paid off previous outstanding debts, organized our own security team, managed an effective maintenance crew, and, with regular reports and meetings, kept you informed of the important issues affecting our community, especially its financial health.
We hope that you agree with us that we have experienced a successful year.  We are thankful that, overall, our community has maintained its attractive and safe environment.   Without your support and financial contribution this success could not have happened.
All of us are aware of the difficult financial conditions facing our world now and in the near future.  Despite the serious financial setbacks that many of us have experienced, you have continued to pay your monthly homeowners dues, making it possible to preserve San Antonio del Mar as the unique place we cherish.
As we begin a new year, we are confident we can count on your continuing support.  We pledge to you that we will do our best to insure that every dollar you contribute will be spent efficiently to maintain the priorities of security and physical maintenance.  Our next general meeting will be on Saturday, February 14.  At that time we will present a budget for 2009 that we hope will reflect your important concerns.  The monthly dues will remain at the current level -- $60.00 per month, $600.00 for a one-time, annual payment, and $200.00 (USD) for vacant lots.  If you pay with check, indicate on the check “For Deposit Only to Account 3403 66 9704.” Please make checks out to our Administrator, Dr. Martha Alvarez and mail to P.O. Box 7996 Chula Vista, CA 91912 or deliver to 294 Morro.
We wish you and your families a Joyful and Peaceful Christmas.  We look forward to working with you to make 2009 a good year for our world, our families and San Antonio del Mar.

Merry Christmas,
YOUR COMMITTEE AND ADMINISTRATOR
